I am using React + Redux, webpack for bundling; For styling i prefer to use css-modules, but if jss will be required i have no troubles to use Styled-Component or similar tools like Emotion or Glamourous; For non React-based projects am using latest technologies, like pug/ejs templates and ES6 for markuping (Babel), for css - mainly SCSS, Postcss and Postcss-rucksack; Nowadays i am focused on management and not going to be a regular developer.
