--Supply chain management: management of existing vendors; developing and identification of new Suppliers --Team management: take care of the merchandiser team for daily work from development, testing Protocol, Technical issue, price negotiation, schedule control, quality control, final inspection and shipping --Coordinate management: coordinate with shipping/HR/Finance/Social audit Department, coordinate with design team/quality team, coordinate with USA sales team for project management

--Product development: accessory and finished goods new development. provide suggestion/solution for next round sample revision, cost analysis and Reengineering, fix final sample and make salesman sample --Order follow-up: contact with vendors, control project schedule, coach vendor, follow specification, ensure best quality of sample & production, negotiate on cost, define saving strategy, cost analysis & price reduction; arrange pre-production meeting & shipment

--Sales developments: Develop new customers, negotiate terms & condition, issue sales contract --Project follow-up: daily communicate with customers, develop project, arrange sample-making, BOM creation And maintenance offer quotation, supply solution & suggestion, monitor both production and delivery schedule
