• Design, lead and implement HR strategic transformation projects for GEFCO Brazil

• Act as Business Partner for one Business Unit providing coaching and guidance to BU Heads and reporting monthly HR KPIs
• Lead the Performance Management process for TCS Brazil: training and compliance
• Create corporate policies based on global guidelines
• Lead CSR, engagement activities and internal communication

• End to end recruitment process across India, including Campus Placement programs
• Creation of corporate policies and processes
• Development of training calendar for retail store teams and facilitation of training programs
• In charge of engagement activities and internal communication
• Support in implementation of new performance management process
