involved in a project about the shared diversity and evolution across several species of great apes and humans. - Encoding own scripts mainly in bash, awk, python and R for big data processing (whole genome data) and data analysis also by means of already existing bioinformatics tools. -Write reports and presentation about the results accomplished weekly. Drug database design and administration by means of SQLAlchemy module for python (using CHEMBL database as a reference). First contact with Flask Python web framework to create a web application running in a AWS, cloud computing technology.
