Assist Multi-national Enterprises and Service Providers with Architect, Design, Implement, Manage and optimize IT infrastructure solutions involving Advanced technologies such as ACI, NSX, Openstack, vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Automation, SD-WAN, Software Defined Networking, WAN/IWAN, NFV, SDN, R&S, Collaboration, security and wireless.

Responsible for being the primary owner of technical escalation within Cisco Systems, via telephone / email / fax technical assistance, to resolve very complex to unique customer technical issues and systems problems to implement networks using Cisco equipment

Key Responsibilities: Assistance of OSPF, ISIS, L2TPv3, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, EoMPLS, QoS, REP, Multicast, MP-BGP, EVC, Flex links, CoPP, Crash, MLS, Fabric, High CPU, Memory, Alarms, SONET, LC, Chassis on Cisco 1800, 2800, 3800, 6500, 7200, 7300, 7500, 7600, 9000, 1000 ASR, C10K, 12000 GSR and Nexus 5K & 7K Architecture etc.

Responsibilities included Integration of customer networks into MCI's Global Network Operation Control Centers, train 7x24 support engineers on the customer's network and network requirements, provide support to and during the migration process, and ensuring the documentation in correctly entered into the web server. Work with project's account teams, program managers, implementation team, engineering team and other support teams to determine the projects scope, technical requirements, and the GNMC's role.

Provided Tier II/III technical support for both dedicated and shared Network Management Centers for customers such as NASDAQ, Invensys, McDonalds, Sun Microsystems, and some 50+ others. This included support for all network hardware technologies (e.g. routers, switches, muxes, bandwidth managers, etc) including NMS systems (e.g. Tivoli and Spectrum).
