• Provide the 3rd line support required to resolve complex faults. • Manage Juniper based (MX80, MX480, SRX, Ex) fixed services backbone. • Day to day tasks related to Huawei based backbone (CX600, NE40, ATN, Net Engine 8000M) for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G services. • Real-time complex technical support interface to suppliers, including multi-vendor interoperability issues. • Fulfilment of technical on-call activities for activities 24x7 including Change and Configuration as required.

• Support ongoing projects implementations and acceptance delivery related to Ooredoo Qatar. • Manage Services by performing tasks related to fault recovery, software/patch upgrade, alarms/KPIs monitoring based on the NE40, NE5000e, CX600, S9300, S5300 and other Datacom nodes. • Configuration, troubleshooting of routing protocols VxLAN, EVPN, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS.

• Working as lead to manage IPBB network nationwide across whole Iraq. • Configuration, troubleshooting & management of Huawei, Cisco Datacom nodes e.g. (NE-40, S9300, S530, E8000E, E1000E, S9306E, S5300, S3300 and Cisco ASR 9100, 6500 for IGWs etc. • Configuration, troubleshooting of routing protocols BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, IPV6, SRV6. • Configuration, troubleshooting and management of Cisco Nexus 7k, 5K, 2k and 1000V for Datacenter network.

• Responsible for nationwide network management of IP/MPLS network, based Huawei core nodes (NE5000, NE80e, CX-600, CX300, CX200 and ME60). • Management, Configuration and troubleshooting issues related to 2G, 3G, LTE, ADSL, services. • Configuration of routing protocols BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS (LDP, RSVP) and traffic engineering. • Monitoring End-to-End Network Performance of IP core network as well as for 3G Access and Core networks. • Prepared LLD and HLD of the network.

• Responsible for complete network audit (physical & configuration) for IP/MPLS network based Cisco core routers 12816, 7613, 7609, 7606 and switches 3750, 3550, 3400, 6513 & 6509 also metro 10720 deployed in 22 cities across Pakistan. • To assist with testing of new design & architectures, perform network configuration changes, migrations, Pre and Post configuration tests for planned activities.
