• Responsible for the technical, strategic, operative and personal management of Implenia's regional purchasing department of the business offices in Northwest and Central Switzerland with a procurement volume of CHF 100-300m p.a.

• On-time supply of the operational units with the necessary subcontractor and delivery services • Overall responsibility for the entire tendering process • Independent acquisition of technically and economically suitable subcontractors and suppliers • Supporting the technical departments in obtaining bids and in the costing phase • Drafting of contracts, IT-supported purchasing controlling, market analyses

• Procurement (direct / indirect) of goods and services for business offices and projects in Africa • Supplier selection and negotiation with national and international suppliers and subcontractors • Drafting of framework agreements as well as contracting of services. • Procurement market and supplier analysis • Fast-track procurement of non-inventory materials • Identification of cost reduction potentials and their successful implementation
