Providing International Management Training for Afrika Kommt! Fellows

My my role revolves around developing conflict competency training and effective communication virtual trainings. Facilitating those trainings and conducting train-the-trainer sessions. On the side, I work with all team members on various documents including editing a colleagues book on onlline mediation, drafting ethical standards for SAP mediators and taking a number of trainings to further develop my skills.

Role of ambassador fro both the programe and my partner company as well as: • Intensive German Course • International Management Training – communication competencies; change and project management; leadership competencies • Exposure and Dialogue Tour – “Digitalization and Digital Transformation” including: • Case Studies from “SAP – The Intelligent Enterprise” • Expert dialogue • Training on Positive Leadership and Business Development Plan

- Managed a team of 15 IT professionals, holding weekly team meatings and then communicating between top management and the team. - A big part of my role involved liasing with partners and investors and possible investors. - Designed and developed an training manuals and toolkits for new hires as well as an onboarding plan. - Initiated the recruitment process, conducted initial interviews and preselection of candidates. - Coordinated the set-up of new departments.

- Coordinated and A-level psychology classes and learning plans. - Developed culturally sensitive Personal Social Health Education (PSHE) material for seniors. - Provided support for staff and students and occasionally mediated between parents, teachers, and students.

Published a journal article "Highlighting the gender disparities in mental health and psychosocial support among Syrian refugees residing in Jordan". Co-facilitated psychosocial support sessions on several Women´s Empowerment and Social Cohesion projects and then writing post session reports for monitoring and evaluation purposes. These sessions took place in different governorates in Amman providing me with firsthand insights into the needs of those we were essentially working for.
