Leading the national Value-for-Money Category and a team of 2 full-time employees as well as 1 intern. Achievement: growth for both brands without cannibalizing the premium Henkel brand. Leading an innovative digital campaign across various digital platforms for Spee.

Leading the regional marketing for the toilet care category for Western Europe during the roll-out of a major global innovation. Member of the Global Toilet Care Innovation Team.

Leading the regional marketing for the light duty detergent category for Central and Eastern Europe (including Russia and Turkey) during a highly competitive phase with Reckitt & Benckiser expanding and Procter & Gamble entering the region. Developing and launching a major relaunch and line extension, which has won the Henkel Innovation Award and has since been rolled out globally and even transferred to Cosmetics.

Leading the national Laundry Additives Team with one direct report.

Supporting the International Brand Manager in all aspects and developing and launching globally a product line extension which won the Fritz Henkel Award for Innovation.

As part of the Marketing Team in the HQ working on the thesis.
