Operative Themen wie die Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen und globalen Vertrieb in Bezug auf Preis- und Kostenanalysen sowie Verhandlungsvorbereitungen, kombiniert mit mittel- bis langfristigen strategischen Preismanagementthemen, wie die Neuentwicklung eines „Pricing Operating Models“.

Neben der konzeptionellen Entwicklung und anschließenden globalen Implementierung der neuen Preisstrukturen, Strategien und Verantwortlichkeiten, liegt der Schwerpunkt in der Einführung von diversen Pricing Software Programmen.

Areas of responsibility: Opto-Electrical (Cable, LED, Speakers etc.) and Standard Equipment Market Development starts at identifying and implementing a strategy and structural backbone for these segments (including scouting, market and customer sizing, benchmark analyses, etc) and goes till rolling out of suitable Marketing and Training materials (including Website roll-out, webinars, trainings, etc.).

Ensuring the successful execution of the daily operations cycle leading to improved End Customer Service Level performance and faster response to incidents. Effectively managing the local adhesives Customer Service team to ensure all operational requirements are met. Working closely with both country and regional customer service managers and monitoring adherence to KPI targets and project implementation plans.

Working on different cross-functional strategic projects, such as the introduction of an online shop and a pricing software, as well as supporting local projects for sales pushes, financial optimisation, portfolio analysis etc.
