Investigation of the interaction of contact pads and the contacting springs in the sensors of the exhaust gas system: A deep study about the failure mechanism of electrical contacts in a sensor. Independently worked on the design and the execution of experiments, and analyzing results. Studied the bonding behavior of various steels like Inconel and stainless steels with platinum at different temperatures. Carried out experiments by using a Tribometer, UTM, CLSM, and Light microscope.

Active participation in the development of components of the lambda sensor. Validation of change in raw material composition on axial strength of ceramic components. Influence of cleanliness (particles, fibers, and PTFE flakes) on the functional safety of sensors. Microscopic inspection of ceramic component for product and process releases. Quantification of process tolerances Preparation, execution, and evaluation of tests with ceramic components on a tribometer for design validation.

Responsible for the feasibility study of 3D Printing (FDM) of spare parts, and to prepare a roadmap of the process roll-out to the entire Amazon warehouse network in Europe and the UK. Involved in reducing duplicate spare parts stored in the database (ERP) and physical stores by using SQL and Python.

Responsible for designing Layouts by using AutoCAD and delivering Work- Prints to clients by using the tool ARAMIS (AT&T designing tool). Responsible for marking the precise route for the field teams in the US to collect information required for preparing Layouts.
