• Lead concept development of a modular Pelton runner with separately attachable buckets to improve coating accessibility, maintainability and manufacturing flexibility versus the integral design; screened 8 concepts against structural integrity, manufacturability, assembly constraints, cost, lead time and technical risk, and narrowed them to 2.

• Designed final assembly models and detailed assembly drawings with GD&T in Siemens NX for large engineer-to-order centrifugal compressors rated up to 2,500 HP and 200 PSIG (impellers, gear housings, lubrication, piping/inlet and sealing-related components), maintaining the corresponding BOMs in ERP/PDM systems across 25+ ETO projects. • Partnered with Sales and Tendering on sourcing and component alternatives, providing technical evaluations that turned customer-specific requirements into designs.

• Supported mechanical component engineering and manufacturing feasibility reviews for centrifugal compressors, evaluating component alternatives and preparing engineering documentation. • Created and maintained 3D CAD models of compressor systems in NX
