My thesis was concerned with plant physiology and bioengineering. I compared the number of plastids (chlorophylls) in various wheat varieties. I was facing a huge number of experimental data that I obtained by spectral analysis through a spectrophotometer. I had to analyze them and make statistical processing but I also constructed graphs and represented them. For calculations used: Excel, Statistics (Standard deviation, Standard error, T-distribution, Null Hypothesis, p-value)
