Project Manager for roll out of Windows 7 at RWEST, Germany. Working with colleagues in UK and Germany to roll out Windows 7, Office 2010 and IE9 under the name of SMART Client to the company. Responsible contact in Germany, aligning with business users to resolve issues and plan and implement migration activities.

Responsible for building up and supporting international IT Infrastructure teams, which centralise funtional responsibilities, ensure internal standardisation and manage interfaces.

Responsible for Deployment team planning and reporting for 83 concurrent projects across 34 different countries. This entails ensuring alignment with Marketing, Operations and PMO. Management of department reporting and of supporting tools. Resource management, tracking and analysis.

I was the responsible Project Manager working within a Prince 2 framework to support an e-commerce payment solution platform merger. I managed the successful delivery of: - Technical Documentation for Customers on payment platform - Communications programme including customers, partners and external parties - Online support sites for Customers and Partners - Pilot programme to verify systems and business processes delivered - Business Readiness for Pilot activities, and system Upgrade events
