Als KI Managerin entwickle ich eine KI Strategie für den Landkreis, implementiere diese und steuere Projekte in diesem Bereich.

Ziel ist es die Mitarbeiter- und Kundenzufriedenheit durch die Integration von sinnvollen, digitalen Tools zu steigern.

Allrounderin im digitalen Marketing von klassischem Online Marketing, über Social Media, E-Mail und digitales OOH ist alles dabei. Ebenfalls fit, wenn es um die Mediangestaltung für genannte Kanäle geht. Change Management und digitale Transformation fallen ebenfalls in meinen Aufgabenbereich.

- Serving customers and satisfying their needs - Working as supervisor and cashier, organising reservations, delegating task, monitoring the team’s performance, handling complaints, help to hire, train and develop new staff. The current role has given me an inside look on how events are organised from a service provider perspecitve and how managing a business works.

- Development of a digital marketing plan. - Content creation for newsletters using MailChimp, management of Twitter account subscriptions to enhance targeting opportunities, creation of a press release and design of visual aids to promote the success of the business. This placement helped me to gain more experience in using Social Media for digital marketing and communication purposes and to improve style of writing.

- Research on how well Football Clubs in and around Dundee use Social Media, especially looking at Twitter, Facebook and YouTube and to increase public relations. - Created databases on Access and Excel to quantify the findings. The task helped me to improve my IT skills, in particular my use of Access and Excel, and to further develop my communication skills.
