- Supporting the recruitment processes for R&D in Austria, Switzerland, Spain and UK. - Taking part in Kick-off calls with Hiring Managers. - Selection of candidate applications in Workday, according to the requirements. - Conducting recruitment interviews with candidates and beeing the first point of contact for them. - Recommending selected candidates to the Talent Acquisiton Partner. - Sourcing for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. - Posting of job offers

- Supported a new client every 3 months (Corporate functions, Railway industry and life science) - End to end recruitment - Conducting briefing meetings/catch ups with hiring managers - Identify and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers (based on the provided job describtion and the briefing meeting) - Job posting (internal and also external) - Weekly reporting of progress in the recruitment process - Sourcing, language checking, managing the HM relationship, negotiating.

- Cooperation in German and English with Hiring Managers. - Coordination of interviews, conducting lanuage checks. - Working in the internal Taleo recruitment system: changing the status in the recruitment process, adding candidate profiles, adding CV and other documents, sending refusals, screening of candidate applications, sourcing for candidates using LinkedIn - Supporting recruitment processes during the absence of recruiters and being first point of contact for the Hiring Managers and HR coordinators
