Transitioned into a Senior Technical Consultant role. My journey reflects both delivery excellence and strategic enablement: from leading a multimillion-euro Greenfield IT Pillar project to shaping governance, roadmaps, and agile practices across Zalando’s Warehouse IT organization. * Improved transparency and agility in a hybrid tech team (software engineers + on-site engineers/technicians) by establishing agile practices and co-building the first version of a product roadmap.

* Delivered high-priority IT security, tooling, and pilot projects within timelines and consistent stakeholder alignment. * Created portfolio governance, unifying program and project operational frameworks into a single portfolio. Centralized reporting for 15+ initiatives linked to strategic goals, enhanced with AI (custom Gem) to automate updates and help teams adopt AI capabilities. * Scaled educational program, from 14 to 29 participants, trough vision, roadmaping, governance and automation.

Delivered the IT pillar (server rooms, network, workbenches) of Zalando’s logistics centre on time & budget (€4M) by aligning C-level stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional IT teams without authority; redesigned requirements & handover with QA gates now standard across greenfield projects.

PM for the Language Engineering team (4 specialists) for German and French models. * Streamlined Alexa German and French models release process by documenting workflows, RACI, and training, enabling 15 engineers (incl. 4 new hires) to run bi-weekly releases independently. * Introduced team to KPIs & agile rituals, improving prioritization and balancing operational vs. project work. * Led cross-team feature delivery by aligning product & engineering stakeholders.

* Tech PM for SignNow for the transition from monolith to service-oriented architecture. * Co-designed and coordinated the web-product release process across 9 teams, led improvements to ensure critical-bug-free and reduced release time (9h → 3h). * Owned Core Team roadmap, delivering features like API Dashboard (Kafka-based), social login — shaping platform capabilities at scale. * Managed people across two teams (~15 engineers): hiring, setting development plans with tech leads, mentoring scrum masters.

I delivered lectures in Project Management and conducted laboratory classes in disciplines like Artificial Intelligence, Object-Oriented Programming and Database Design in the System Design Department.
