I worked in BP`s Safety and Operational Risk Team (London, UK). Main tasks included: - Development of questionnaire and conduct of interviews with colleagues from different parts of the business to gather information on the current internal approach to workforce complaints mechanisms. - Review and evaluation of company`s approach to its modern slavery risk assessment. - Support of the development of practical guidance on ethical recruitment and freedom of movement for contracted workers.

Positions in government relations: - Managed the relationship between the World Economic Forum and the governments of the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus. - Onsite lead for Russian and Ukrainian government representatives (Heads of State, Ministers) at the Annual Meeting in Davos and regional meetings of the Forum. - Developed and advanced country strategies and established new cooperation channels with Eurasian governments. - Managed projects and initiatives.

My main tasks were research and analysis: - Supported the work of the Strategic Foresight team on the “Scenarios for Ukraine” and “Scenarios for Mongolia projects” that included consultations with decision makers from business, government and civil society. - Used strategic foresight methodology to identify drivers of change and critical socio-economic uncertainties crucial for future economic development. - Drafted interim report for the scenario project on Mongolia.

- Researched on human rights and fundamental freedoms of indigenous peoples in Russia and drafted report. - Planned and conducted 20 in depth interviews, developed questionnaire for interview series. - Co-organized two-week summer school on “Human Rights, Minorities and Diversity Management in Europe and Canada: Comparative issues and challenges" - Drafted a project proposal on "Security and Democracy in the Neighbourhood: the case of the Caucasus" for an FP7 Call of the European Commission.
