All accounting processes, Fixed Asset management, Treasury, FP&A and the Group Accounting. Ensuring a timely and accurate monthly reporting to the US in addition to the statutory requirements. Review and analysis of actuals versus budget. Implementation of SOX for the Atlanta Group in the accounting area and participation in a global project for Fast Close. Lead several mergers from the accounting side. Support the due diligence and the execution of restructuring after the acquisition.

In my role I was responsible to prepare on my own the monthly consolidation of the European Group under US-GAAP and the reporting to the US headquarter. In addition I prepared the annual statutory financial statements under German GAAP for the subsidiaries.

In my role I supported the preparation of the annual Group report. I was involved in the 5-year- planning and had the supervision of the subsidiaries in Germany, UK and Asian market for accounting. I participated in the project to change from German GAAP to IFRS and in the implementation of SAP.
