Writing procedures for the preparation area to allow each operator to work in the same way and in the best way. - Study extruders and Combiline (tread side bands) - Standardization of production sector through procedures. - Interaction with operators to choose the best method of work, and the most beneficial for the company. - Checking the correct application of standards. - Implementation of quality audits, questioning operators on how to proceed and on the newly introduced standards.

- Design of a test carriage on Catia V6 . o Recovery of standard elements of a smart (engine, tubing ...). o Drafting to prepare manufacturing. o Manufacturing of the carriage and supports for the circuits. - Manufacturing of the trolley - Implementation of standard elements to prepare testing on the production line. - Compliance audit of the trolley on the production line, with several tests during stops line. - Writing specifications Fluid Power. - Site supervision during installation.
