Worked in the brewhouse and fermentation/maturation cellar, supporting filtration and bottling operations. Accompanied quality-relevant process steps throughout production and gained insight into traditional and craft brewing methods.

Responsible for production flow and quality assurance as shift supervisor, working across all stages of beer production - brewhouse, fermentation, maturation, and bottling. Controlled and monitored brewing and fermentation processes to ensure consistent product quality. Participated in the assembly and commissioning of brewing equipment and supported technical coordination with equipment suppliers.

Analyzed the structure and function of industrial bottling and packaging machinery and conducted practical tests in packaging technologies. Gained direct exposure to the design logic and functional testing process of industrial packaging machinery - experience directly relevant to equipment and plant engineering roles.
