At Lufthansa Cargo, I worked with the Commercial Team for MEA, South Asia, and CIS, delivering strategic insights through regional performance analytics. I created weekly KPI reports for senior management, led market studies across key geographies, and supported budgeting and sales performance reviews. My role also involved flight capacity optimization through daily load factor analysis and advancing digital transformation by promoting a new booking system and KPIs.
