I was responsible for: - Creating bookings in the system for orders received from destination agents. - Once the order is received, contact respective shippers via calls and emails for cargo readiness and then co-ordinate inland trucking, customs, and consolidation of the cargo

My responsibilities during my tenure at DHL included: - Processing shipments for Germany in the system. - Based on orders received, taking Quality calls with respective Terminal people and BPM team in Germany. - Doing Root Cause Analysis for the current and historical errors.
