In the context of our growth plan in Germany, several positions were created at group level in Germany in order to foster a more integrated set up and to leverag on our strengths as group in Germany. The HR Director Germany has as mission to implement the new HR Germany Target Operating Model and notably to further align the HR activities across all entities and to create a transversal organisation servicing the local HR departments.

Creation and ongoing structuration of FRB Regulatory Programs team. This team aims at ensuring compliance of the FRB perimeter (3 Business Lines Retail, Private Banking & Corporate as well as FRB Operations and FRB subsidiaries) to customer laws, regulations and policies that require contacting customers individually to obtain, review and archive for use specific information. Covered themes are FATCA / AEOI / QI as well as KYC, AML, MIFID2, IDD & PRIIPS

In charge of leading the MIFID2, IDD & PRIIPS Programs which aims at ensuring that the FRB perimeter (3 Business Lines Retail, Private Banking & Corporate as well as FRB Operations and FRB subsidiaries) be compliant with those new european regulations in due time. "Single Point of Contact" for FRB for BNP Paribas MIFID2 Group Program.

Manager of a 7 people team in charge of support functions (Compliance, Real Estate, Overhead Costs Steering, Cash Management, IT, Fleet management) for the Eastern Regional Directorate in itself as well as support to the local branch networks and business centers located in the french Eastern Region). In charge as well of several organisation projects regarding the Eastern branch networks.

Support to the Regional Director in charge particulary of organisational projects regarding the Eastern Branch Networks as well as the run-up to "Preference Client Program" roll-out

Support to the COO within the Business Efficiency team, in charge in particular of Project Office S&E for Investment Solutions and Project Manager of the transversal initiative "Review & Streamlining of each reporting"

In charge of support functions (HR, FInance, IT, Legal, Compliance, Procurement & Fleet Management) for BNP Paribas Real Estate four companies in Germany (BNP Paribas Real Estate Holding GmbH, BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH, BNP Paribas Consult GmbH & BNP Paribas Property Management GmbH) as well as the relations between Paris and Germany. Member of the Management Board

Realisation of a segmentation analysis (global and by business lines) for the Comex of BNP Paribas Real Estate as well as on the job training in preparation for the Secretaire Général Assignment in Germany

Management of Inspectors during Inspection missions within BNP Paribas group core businesses (6 missions in Retail Banking, Asset Management & Services, Corporate & Investment Banking)

Inspection assignments within BNP Paribas Core Businesses (7 missions in Internation Retail Services, Corporate & Investment Banking as well as Retail Banking)

Manager of a 5 people team + follow up of a client portfolio composed of Private Individuals & small companies

Consulting assignments in France & Germany
