Founded beyond.visions, earlier neo.visions, to develop web and software applications. Released first version of LOGIAS, a complex software for waste management enterprises, in 2002 and shipped the new version in september 2007. Also designed many websites and ads.

Building webpages in CMS / Websolution and Liveserver / DeliveryServer for customers. Developed the C#.NET Reports Engine for the CMS / Websolutions Suite. Working on letter of engagements (LOE's) for customers. Auditing CMS projects and improve existing implementations. Creating Plugins and Intregrations for CMS / Websolutions Suite I was based in New York City office, but working for several clients onsite in the U.S.

Developing e-government applications and a google maps client. Worked on internet applications for the local police, developed software to calculate and present election results as well as developing software for registration offices in germany. Further I designed user interfaces and created offline and online advertistings.

Setup as a 2,5-Year program to further refine one's leadership skills and personal qualities and support the executives in their daily work.

Three-year program to identify and train young executives at an early stage. Participants are working closely togehter and each is supported by an experienced senior manager.
