Cross divisional and functional coordination and development responsibility. Main projects are the vendor coordination and negotiation linked to the new headquarter (building construction) in Oslo as well as coordination of the procurement of external data from sources like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, SIX, Moodys et.al.).

In order to enable UBS executives to respond to changing patterns in credit and market risk, as well as supporting the finance function globally, I led the reconciliation of disparate client master data across the enterprise, to provide stakeholders with a timely, comprehensive and accurate view of the data necessary to underpin strategic decisions.
