-Programming of Arduino Boards and NodeMCU ESP32 for IoT applications. -Designing products/projects circuitry and PCB layouts on Proteus. Integration of microcontroller and circuity on a single PCB layout, and simulation of whole system by using the hex file of the compiled C/C++ code. -Testing of embedded software and fabricated hardware together with all the sensors on the product prototype. -Designing the android apps in the MIT App Inventor for testing the IoT-based applications.

-Program the Arduino according to the functionality of the vial labeling machine circuitry and replaced the malfunctioning circuitry of the vial labeling machine. -Connect the programmed Arduino with the proximity sensor, stepper motor driver, and vial labeling printer.

Design the control panel for chiller using 3-phase contactors, timer relay, and digital temperature sensor.

-Commissioning and maintenance of Injection Molding machines. -Programming of the metal laser engraver and online laser marker of UPVC pipes. -Procurement of spare parts and components.

-Practical observation of the working of the tugboat’s machinery and control systems. -Monitoring warning alarms on HMIs and assisting the engineers to fix them according to regulatory compliance, and company policies and procedures.
