As a Senior Product Manager at Smaato, I am leading the product endeavors on the integration front. My main responsibility is leading and owning the portfolio of products that help app publishers to earn revenue using mobile ads. In my role at Smaato, I own all inbound and outbound aspects of the SDK product development end-to-end.

As a Technical Product Manager, I was responsible for the tracking domain. That involved all products and system that were managing data flow from various sources up to the point when data arrives at the data storage system. I was supervising the platform and building the features for Internal and Games departments. This data was crucial in understanding in-game metrics as well as performance marketing campaigns results.

My main responsibility as a Senior Technical Project Manager (System Analyst) was providing a solution for complex tasks. I was involved in projects that require a solid level of expertise in technologies and domain specifics. In addition to that, it was a key role during the pre-sales process. I delivered technical proposals for the RFPs and drove the product showcase for the potential customers.

As a Technical Project Manager (Project Leader) I was responsible for delivering the solution, tailored for the customer’s needs. The solution utilized the company-owned platform, spiced with custom built add-ons to address customer-specific needs. My job was to ensure that the delivery happens in time and on budget with the highest possible level of quality.

In this role, I acted as a resource manager, project manager, and supervisor for the full-stack team (16 people), constantly monitored the status of projects in the team, My goal was to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and resources are utilized in the best possible way.

Played a Project Manager role within the team and ensured that projects are completed within budget and schedule constraints while producing high-quality deliverables according to standards adopted by the company and the client.
