Worked as a training manager for the contact center vertical which was one of the verticals amongst many others. Streamlined the communication team from a floor support persepctive, redrafted the techincal training layout and cirriculum, partnered with Dale Carnegie to develop a leadership skills program for the senior management and in regular communication with other vendors and the inhouse instructional design team

Started as a Communication and soft skills Trainer with the Delhi center . Moved to a new Center in Bangalore and helped the then senior manager set up the department by replicating training processes from the main center. Identified trainers, created specific trainer cirriculum , upskilled the team and gradually moved into an AM role. Established the floor support function, identified suitable resources from within the organization to build the team.
