Semiconductor Operations PMO, in collaboration with Hochschule Harz - Analysed PMO planning processes (schedule, risk and resource management) against the PMI standard and the Bosch handbook, using direct observation and structured expert interviews - Processed 4,369 project activities across 44 workstreams from two Bosch semiconductor projects as the modelling dataset - Built and compared four machine-learning models to predict task durations - best result R² = 0.87 with Random Forest
