• Reviewing of civil and structural designs, calculations and drawings. • Participating in site design, land development. • Reviewing tender documents, specifications, BOQs and material selection. • Supervising Projects including in external contractors and sub-contractors. • Preparing CAD drawings of RCC and Steel structures for high rise buildings, apartments, auditoriums, school buildings etc.

• Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractors representatives during construction. • Carrying out site visits and surveys. • Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub contractors and other third parties. • Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any hazards/incidents. • Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly costed and the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget.

• Preparing and Submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Report to Consultant and Head Office. • Dealing with Sub-Contractor to prepare and forward the Sub-Contractor’s Payment Bill – monthly and Preparing Comparative Statement. • Assist Project Manager for coordinating, executing and monitoring the progress work. • Preparing and certifying as built drawing after the completion of work. • Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.

• Assisting structural engineers in structural designs of G+16 Apartments,Hotels,Hospitals,Institutions,Industrial,Auditoriums&Residences. • Providing comment on design calculations and drawings. • Briefing CAD technicians and checking drawings. • Preparing CAD drawings of RCC and Steel structures for high rise buildings, apartments, auditoriums, school buildings etc. • Assist with engineering designs and liaise on technical approvals. • Monitoring and supervising junior staff.
