• Implementation of Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) procedures for manufacture of Nuclear power plant components & spares • Coordination with 3 S&OP process teams in order to ensure on-time execution of centralized planning cycle for manufacturing sites in France for Global demand • Identification of Key process variables for change and streamline S&OP process with Strategic Action Plan (Long term plan)

• Responsible for New Projects Implementation (Engine Division) – Activities include Budgeting, Supplier Selection, Floating RFQs, Procurement (Letter of Credit, Performance Bank Guarantee), Installation & Commissioning, Manufacturing Process development, process validation, PPAP & APQP Documentation, SOP and Handover to Manufacturing team

• Responsible to deliver throughput in a multi-variant vehicle assembly line and to ensure conformity of operations at each stage of Assembly (APQP & Inventory Planning); Manage Shop floor Operations (Work Instructions, 5S, Internal Audit for ISO/TS 16949) • Coordination with Design (R&D) and Purchase Team for implementation of process improvements (Lean Implementation Leader) on the basis of ease of manufacture (DFMA) as well as to ensure customer satisfaction (Testing team)
