• Implement programs and procedures to assure the compliance of the company’s domestic construction site with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. • Supervise job environmental process and address any potential violations and concerns.

• Manage all aspects of multiple small to medium (with some large) sized projects • Work closely with clients to communicate project status and findings. Review preliminary findings with client • Interact with regulatory agency/ lender on client’s behalf, if needed

• Attend daily contractor tool box meetings • Responsible for completing environmental inspections of contractors to ensure project requirements are implemented • Attendance at construction meetings where required to ensure environmental considerations are addressed • Implementation of Company Reclamation Plans and tracking soil movements • Review and approval of Contractor pre construction environmental surveys

• Day-to-day supervision and coordination of the environmental processes on site • Monitoring of implementation of Pollution Prevention and Control – Land, Air and Water, Noise Control, Surplus Water Management and Silt Control Procedures • Writing documents such as E&S Pre-Construction Survey Reports for Pipeline, Temporary facilities (Pipe Storage and Offloading Areas, Camps, HDD and Microtunneling Sites, Mud Disposal Areas and Hydrotest Discharge Monitoring Program)

• Working in conjunction with the QHSE/Training Manager • Carry out the training to the contracting workforce and their continued monitoring and support • Implementing and managing the delivery of QHSE training for the European Games Baku2015 project • Training staff on Games Times Safety Standards • Carrying out training on correct use of equipment and chemicals, heavy lifting

• To ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the provisions of the HSE Management System • To ensure that the company's HSE management system is professionally managed in accordance with its provision, particularly in relation to regular and frequent audits, checks reviews • To act as the focal point for improvement in initiatives, particularly in relation to the continuous improvement of the systems and procedures governing the management of safety on site

• Carry Site HSE inspections(including Safety, Security, Hygiene, Welfare and Environmental issues), report findings and remedy undesired situations forthwith

• Ensure that all construction activities on the vessel, platform, support vessels, onshore yard\base are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the Company safety policy, statutory regulations and guidelines. • Ensure that all HSE systems and equipment are in place, fully operational and correctly serviced • Participate in safety meetings and evaluate the safety aspects of proposed activities, also record any concerns raised at these pre-job meetings

• Preparing weekly statistics for meeting • Drive Rights data downloading and drawing up monthly reports • Assisting Procurement department with HSE requirements for Purchase Requests • Familiarize them with the rules and regulations of safety • Arranging external Trainings • Recording and filling of training related documentation

• Encourage visitors to play • Be friendly is an integral part in delivering the best service to the guests • Act quickly, efficiently and enthusiastically in serving guests • Be observant and take action to ensure a safe environment for the guests
