• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction / installation activities on site. • Issues the relevant Quality Records when necessary. • Checks the preparation of foundations. • Checks the correct preparation of reinforcements. • Checks the certificates regarding element mixes. • Monitors atmospheric conditioning during pouring operations. • Monitors correct curing operations, Checks the sampling operations (when required).

• Prepare and regularly (weekly) submit reports and maintain records • Manage the quality assurance/quality control function on-site on various project phases • Prepare project site related reports and presentations as required and produce performance measurement tools to monitor the Contractor's and project performance.

• Prepare and submit to comply with federal, state local regulations • Performing the geotechnical investigation as per site plan • Analyse the test of construction material • Assisting with site investigation • Manage the repair work and maintenance of completed work. • Prepare weekly DPR and submit to the Managing Director.

• Prepare Schedule of rates and contracting work • Analyse rates of NON BOQ Items. • Timely Estimating and Billing, Excellent Knowledge of BBS. • Checking and Approving the Quantities for the extra items or Substituted items. • Checking and approving the rate for extra items • DPR Client Preparation, checking subcontractor Bills.
