To lead engine calibration programs like emission calibration of base engines including combustion development of BS6 projects in CV segment & EU stg5 & US tier4 projects in OHW & genset segment. To plan and supervise activities including engine development & detailed analysis of calibration data & results. To supervise a project team & Management & also to liaise with customers & suppliers. To involve in business development activities & develop commercial quotations with suppliers & customer.

Roles & Responsibilities : Emission Calibration of 2,4,6 Cylinder engines. Air System Calibration of 2,4,6 Cylinder engines. Analysis of base engine calibrations. Planning & execution of diesel engine development & Calibration. Vehicle Calibration. To meet EURO Emissions targets & performance & homologation. To handle the entire calibration tasks of 2,4,6 Cylinder engines. System support during project timeline , documentation & reporting the same to the customer.

Roles & Responsibilities : To handle the calibration tasks & project for both engine & vehicle. Activities based on customer (OEM's) timeline & functional calibration & their efforts monitoring. To meet BS3 & BS4 Emissions targets & performance for the given customer (OEM) engine. Later to further continue with the vehicle calibration part for the same project. Project Managment.

Design Support to hardware exhaust component manufacturing, Continuous monitoring of manufacturing process and calibration. Involves testing/validation of the developed functionality in virtual Lab cars/Test Vehicles using 'INCA' software. Particulate Filter Point of Operation Calibration for BMW. Engine full Load detection based on high altitude condition to regenerate DPF. Implementation of EURO 6 norms with respect to Diesel Particulate Filter, for FIAT and DAIMLER.
