Supported the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off Modules for the client SAP Fioneer GmbH. Assisted with HRIS data migration, system testing and configuration activities from end to end. Participated in HR systems workshops with SuccessFactors Consultants and client to gather and align business requirements, translating them into technical solutions using SAP best practices. Established payroll setup through external payroll providers across 12 countries.

Managed employee onboarding processes, including induction coordination and background verification. Maintained employee records in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors HR systems. Prepared and issued employment contracts and various employment letters. Coordinated employee exit processes, including clearances and final settlements. Ensured timely processing of salary payments and employee reimbursements. Contributed to an HR transformation project migrating SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
