PLM Portfolio manager at Meyer group. Focus in this position were to implement and manage several Design and Manufacturing Digital process development projects and lead the project managers to the success. Our goal were to implement new PLM platform as strategic enabler for the Meyer future vision. I reported to the Chief Executive Officer at Meyer Werft and for the Executive board at all sites.

In this position the focus in operational perspective were to structure and define processes for the PLM subject matter experts from the shipbuilding organization to work as one team to increase the operational excellence in managing the methods to fulfill the design process needs. In strategic perspective focus were to lead the Finnish team to evaluate and define together with the German team what kind of capabilities the future group wide PLM platform would need to have to fulfill the process needs.

Running an IT Service at Sandvik to provide globally Autodesk services to all sites over 40 different countries. Mission were to collect and understand the business needs to support cost efficient solutions for various needs. Worked closely together with the business process owners, the partner vendor Autodesk and various internal IT service providers to support the business needs.
