My role is to make my team's life as easy as possible by improving the organisation, assign work to the right person and help them to work in an more efficient way. I join the Operations team responsible for Mark-up, Data validation, Query creation and dashboard set up for our clients. My missions: -recruit freelance analysts and organise training - work in collaboration with Project Manager and Report writers - assign work to freelancers analysts and make sure work is completed within timeframes given - in charge of the analysts invoicing - follow processes in place and ensure payment and qulaity control - answering and managing questions/feedback

I'm part of the sales team and I'm taking care of German and French speaking clients and prospects
