Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans. - Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets.

Strategy development, Metric analysis, advertising, media planning & buying. Developed strategy and statistics systems.

• Leading of media planning and media buying processes for all business customers, budgets up to 6 Billion Euros/year • Design, development and implementation of media turnovers • Managing Services for all the important clients of the agency • Management of financial and administrative operations • Development and Controlling of Management departments • Management and Communication
