Project: Electro Pneumatic Handbrake control Unit (Project at Client Wabco GmbH). Responsibilities: Deriving the hardware requirements from the requirements specifications, Design of a power supply module for the Hand brake control unit along with protection features.

Project : Design of NOx Sensor control unit for multiple customers. Responsibilities: Deriving the hardware requirements from the customer specifications, Designing of a low drop voltage (LDO) regulator module, Controlling the high side MOSFET using a smart gate driver, Designing a DC to DC buck voltage module, Designing a hysteresis comparator module, Creation of technical documents, EMI/EMC test plan creation and support for performing the test as per the customer requirement.

Project : Design of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for passenger car(Honda). Responsibilities: Customer requirement analysis and feasibility check, Developing interfacing circuits to micro-controller, Designing low side MOSFET driver to drive the relay coil, Designing a transistor as a switch to driver the resistive heater load, Designing a H-bridge module to driver the bi-polar DC motor, Designing a low side current sense amplifier using a OP-AMP.
