• Delivered several HR Development freelancing projects related to; EFQM Assessment, job analysis, job description, job evaluation & grading, Capacity/Effectiveness Measurement (FTE), HR Policy and Procedures. • Worked as a professional trainer for business entrepreneurship Incubators such as The Tank by Umniah and TTinnovation in Jordan.

• Set 3-5year strategic plan, budget and forecasting, operational model, KPI’s, performance alignment, capex and opex projects at Qatar Duty Free lining up Qatar Airways expansion plans. • Established Business Intelligence (BI) department, reporting and executive and operation/built-in reports, data cleansing and migration.

• Developed Quality Management System (QMS) for learning delivery and instructional design. • Conducted Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and training effectiveness measurement according Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Model. • Established training design (ADDIE Methodology) and delivery standards for different learning styles such as classroom, virtual learning, social learning and OJT.

• TNA and Training Budget • Created a modern Performance Management System (PMS) - Based MBO meeting strategic objectives, airport industry consideration and compliance requirements, aligning Job specifications and functions, achieving behavioral and technical competencies. It consisted of; Strategic Objectives integrated with a set of (KPI's), Competency Mapping, Competency Framework/Dictionary/Matrix and Performance Appraisal Tools, and Policies and Procedures.

• TNA and conducted annual budgetary cycle. • Conducted job analysis, job description, competencies dictionary, gap analysis, employee utilization (FTE), and organizational structure review. • Managed learning fellowship, membership agreement with Airport Council International, Korea – ICAO Fellowship, and UAE General Civil Aviation Authority. • Conducted HR process mapping, SOP’s, workflow for all HR functions
