I develop microlearning videos with GD and collaborate with SMEs to design eLearning courses in Rise and Storyline. I also produce VILTs, ILTs, and simulation-based training to support diverse learner needs.

As a Learning Designer at ITpreneurs, I created accessible learning experiences across DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and IT operations. I transformed complex topics into clear, structured training materials. My work included eLearning, ILTs, VILTs, microlearning, content curation, and certification-aligned courses. I collaborated with SMEs, applied adult learning principles, and ensured accuracy and industry relevance to deliver engaging, practical learning.
