The Service Desk Agent escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team. Troubleshooting basic end user issues on various software.

Build up a representative demo-wall with Siemens latest automation products for the maritime market. The result of the project is a portable demo-wall demonstrating a wide range of products and applications.

Operation and running of machines, sorting of different products, clean and restructuring of machines.

When completed the course the students will have thorough knowledge of electrochemical storage technology, control systems and functions of power electronics, EMC, the challenges encountered in measuring technology and high frequency currents, the laws and regulations governing the business.
