- Established company’s presence in the wider Middle East by leading the establishment of a new regional office in Dubai. I was able to increase revenue to $12M and reposition the company market share from 25% to 60% within the last two years; - I was able to measure, review & realign the existing distributor network in the region and achieved a significant improvement in direct sales activity & productivity. Based on my market analysis have recommended the entry into several new markets;

- The CWS unit comprises of 9 multinational companies in the field of medical equipment (Welch Allyn, Omnicell, Midmark, ect.) which contribute to approx. 15% of the total turnover of the Department which totaled 25 Mill. $ in 2009; - Successfully developed & implemented the Business Plan for 2009 and accordingly executed sales & marketing activities which ensured a gross increase in sales of 160% versus 2008 and increased net profit considerably of this initially underperforming business unit;
