- Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures. - Adhere to the segment financial, business and project processes. - Address issues pertaining to project cost control procedures; - Coordinate development and implementation of project work breakdown structure (WBS) / cost breakdown structure (CBS) in concert with Project Lead and Project Planning/Scheduling Engineer. - Participate in the development of project execution plans.

Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including evaluation of monthly cost burn rate to assess project expenditures versus project Estimate at Completion (EAC). • Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress, etc. • Assess project cost performance trends Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project cost performance.
