Leading all direct/indirect purchasing activities of company and responsible of ''Global Purchasing'' for primary activities as listed in below; - Leading purchasing team - International purchasing operations - Leading supplier evaluation, selection and development - Purchasing contracts and negotiating cost issues - Purchasing budget management - Leading cost reduction activities - Financial risk management - International supplier management from Europe, LCC and overseas countries

Head of engineering department and leading following teams with all activities; -Project Management -R&D Department -Process & Method and Die Design activities -Product Design & Development -Die shop and manufacturing Responsible to make process studies, quotation (tooling and serial part) , project management, R&D goals, process productivity, Leading die shop and manufacturing phases.

Coordination of project members from kick-off meeting to pre-serial production.Follow-up project avtivities ,provide all technical documents and required informations from customer side for sharing to sahre internal departmant and suppliers. Preparing detail timing plan according to target deadlines . After sourcing, manage the die production and sub-components approval stage at the suppliers.

Key contact role between TKG and OEM regarding the project management according with sheet metal parts and aluminum parts and their components, to plan according with projects and their schedules, to report regarding projects, to prepare PPAP folders and ANPQP documents to manage suppliers, to notify new investments for mass production.
