Processing the lean management, standardization.Making process performance indicators visible and follow them up via power BI, creation of new Power BI Dashboards, and leading the RPA automation project ,deployment of usage Power Automate etc.Providing documentation for processes and procedures , keeping them up to date. Usage the process improvement tools, A3 ,Six Sigma ,Doe. Supervising 6 specialists .

Responsible of sheet metal press and paint production process and spare-part packacing process at boiler facility ,in Manisa. Lead the process improvement activities and design the necessary process for new product.Lead the 8D , PFMEA, Six Sigma etc. projects.

Plan and follow-up the engineering product development projects. Lead and review the design studies. Define necessary technological investment requirements of product engineering department to meet customer needs. Construct plans to achieve this goal.Lead technical issue resolution for products (Nozzle holder body) and manufacturing (millng, flushing , micro presses etc.), when necessary.Supervising 2 process technicians.

Joint venture of Fiat and Koc Group.Improving the process of production , managing the production staff (approx. 56 operators, 5 team leader) and to guarantee the output previewed in terms of volumes, quality, efficiency in assembling factory.

Contributing the research and development process of bathtubs factory, improving and managing the processes of production. Vacuum forming, assembly etc.
