Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems. Including desktop, laptop, Mac, Tablet, Smart Phone, WAN, LAN and remote systems. Monitoring and troubleshooting LAN, installed and configured routers, switches, Firewalls and generating weekly reports. Configuring backup and restore procedures.

Identified and removed computer viruses and provided major repairs in accordance with outside vendors. Training the new staffs in regards to The Company’s software and network. Ability to coordinate with IT Staff all around UK in regards to software Installation, upgrade and consultation.
