Responsible for the expansion of DBH Serviced Office in Central- and Eastern Europe. Modelling new openings, taking part in renting negotiations, testing new ways of landlords' partnerships (revenue-share etc). Involved in sales lead generation management, creating online marketing concepts, campaign management. Strong focus on corporate (50+ workstations) solutions, networking with RE brokers, space planing and service design.

Involved in Magyar Telekom's new 100,000 sqm HQs renting project and other short-run, project-driven renting deals of Telekom, T-Systems and IT Services Hungary. On this way I learned large occupiers’ site selection routine, legal practices, office use, and the renting support of telco/IT/SSC project teams. Responsible for office letting of Telekom's property portfolio, involving property repositioning and business development.

As an independent, interim business development specialist, I worked for more Eastern Hungarian industrial & office facilities: Polgar Industrial Park, Karcag Industrial Park, Xanga Office Park, M35 Business Park Initiated, designed and responsible for leasing management of the shared services industry focusing Xanga Office Park, Debrecen, involving the market entry of the facility, PR and RE agency promotion, branding and legal coordination. The facility attracted tenants like Merlin IT and T-Systems.

In the governmental investment promotion and business development agency, I was involved in the site selection assistance of 200+ industrial and 100 office projects. We managed the formation of a new IT & global business services (SSC) industry in Debrecen City and attracted more added-value businesses of global pharma, food, automotive, electronic and logistic industries. Financial Times’ fDi Magazine ranked my region as the #1 Eastern European FDI location in 2010.
