Supervision of over 100 marketing activities a month with focus on Polish and Nordic market, including online and offline campaigns. Preparation and moderation of trainings regarding marketing performance within the whole region. Monitoring competition within supervised countries (online analysis and shop visiting) Close cooperation with regional and local marketing agencies.
